To start IIS services
Step 1
To start IIS services, first you need to go to Start. After that, choose the Programs and Administrative Tools. Later, select the IIS. Under the right hand column there are Default Web Site, Administration Web Site and SMTP options. To get it started, just right click on it and choose Start.
