Step 1

If you are still unable to connect to your IIS, try restarting your IIS 5.0.

Step 2

All you need to do is to choose the Start option and then Programs. After that, choose the Administrative Tools. Next, you need to select IIS option. Then, you need to right click on your computer and then select Restart.

You can even use command line to restart IIS. If you would like to do this, you need to type the following command:

IISRESET /RESTART
