To enable the FTP access to your IIS 5.0
Step 1
Some installation will omit FTP services to your website. To enable FTP services on your website, first you need to go to Start option and then Settings option. Next, you need to choose the Control Panel and Add/Remove Program option. Later, you have to click on the Add/Remove Window Component option and then click on File Transfer Protocol (FTP Server).

Then configuration for IIS will commence as shown here.
