T create a newsgroup
Step 1
To create a news group called "Political Economy" all we need to do is go to Start and choose Programs. Next, you need to choose the Administrative Tools and then click IIS.
Step 2
Later, you need to select the Newsgroup and choose New. After that, choose the Newsgroup.
