To limit the number of connection to your site
Step 1
To limit the number of connection to your site, first you need to go to Start and select Program. Next, you have to select Administrative Tools and IIS. Under the Default Web Site, just click on Properties.

Next, under the Connection set the option to Limited to, as shown in the diagram below:
